Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing, configuring, developing, and deploying CRM solutions, with a strong focus on SuiteCRM
Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
Excellent working knowledge on web server like Apache
Experience with SuiteCRM's architecture, module builder, workflow engine, and security model
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and other integration technologies
Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, Marina)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Functional (job responsibilities)
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuiteCRM solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, customization, development, testing, and deployment.
Design and configure SuiteCRM modules, workflows, security settings, and user interfaces to meet specific business needs, particularly within a financial institution context.
Develop custom modules, integrations, and extensions using PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to enhance SuiteCRM functionality.
Integrate SuiteCRM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, accounting systems, marketing automation platforms) using APIs and other integration methods.
Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity during implementation and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuiteCRM performance, functionality, and integrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SuiteCRM features, updates, and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SuiteCRM implementation methodologies.
Builds appropriate controls into business application software to ensure the stability, security and reliability.
Prepare, conduct and review of system tests, to ensure accuracy and completeness to ensure problem free-implementation
Provide support during implementation of software and systems. Liaise with other Departments within division for smooth deployment of Application Software.
Evaluation and acquisition of tools, utilities, hardware (including upgrades) and software
Technology platform assessment inclusive of stress test benchmarking
Preferred Skills
SuiteCRM developer certifications
Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques
Experience with on-prem deployments of SuiteCRM
Proven track record in enterprise solution delivery
