Objectives of this role
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse qualified individuals
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies such as an employer branding initiative to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal TA team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate selection criteria.Source applicants through job portals online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networksConduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.Maintain candidate database and update status regularly.Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback sharing with candidates.Support documentation and onboarding coordination as required.Track daily / weekly hiring metrics and share reports with stakeholders.Required skills and qualifications
2-4 of experience in recruitment (preferably Sales & Manufacturing Hirings)Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media CV databases and professional networksExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsProficiency in MS excel and making dashboardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred skills and qualifications
Post-Graduate in HR or similar fieldKnowledge of applicant tracking systemsKey Skills
