About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced professional in Analytics + Data Science / AI to drive our data strategy and insights roadmap. You'll define scalable data science solutions and ensure that analytics and models directly impact key business decisions. You will also mentor and guide a growing team of data professionals.

Responsibilities :

• Build and deploy ML / AI models for forecasting, prediction, and optimization.
• Design analytical frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Category, and Marketing teams to identify and execute high-impact use cases.
• Drive automation, experimentation, and advanced analytics adoption across teams.
• Ensure strong data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Mentor a team of Analytics + DS / AI professionals and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
