📍 Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead, design, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise ecosystem.

You’ll be the technical authority driving architecture, integrations, and compliance — ensuring Salesforce aligns perfectly with our business goals and healthcare mission.

🧠 What You’ll Do

🔹 Architecture & Design

Build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.

🔹 Technical Leadership

Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end — from strategy to deployment.

Mentor developers and administrators; drive best practices and code quality.

Champion architectural excellence and DevOps maturity.

🔹 Integration & Customization

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware ( MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ).

Build robust solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows .

Automate processes and enhance system scalability.

🔹 Collaboration & Governance

Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into architecture.

Serve as the Salesforce technical advisor across departments.

Enforce governance, security, and development standards.

🧩 What You Bring

🎓 Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field .

💼 Experience :

8–12 years in Salesforce development and architecture .

Proven record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations .

Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud preferred.

💻 Technical Skills :

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Salesforce Flows.

Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns.

REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, CI / CD pipelines, Git , and DevOps.

🧠 Soft Skills :

Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
