SAP MM / SD / AFS Consultants Retail Industry

Locations : Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR

Experience Required : 4- 10 Years

Education : Full-time MBA is mandatory

Job Description :

We are hiring dynamic and experienced SAP MM, SD, or AFS Consultants with a passion for retail transformation. The ideal candidate should bring both SAP functional expertise and a strong understanding of retail domain processes, with experience working in implementation or rollout projects for leading fashion, apparel, or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Work on end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout engagements for retail clients
Configure and optimize modules like MM (procurement, inventory), SD (sales, billing), or AFS (apparel and footwear)
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define business processes and translate them into system functionality
Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), cutover, and go-live
Drive stakeholder discussions and client presentations in global consulting setups
Ensure solution alignment with industry best practices and retail business models

Required Skills :

Functional expertise in SAP MM or SD or AFS

Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP implementation in the retail / apparel / fashion domain

Deep understanding of P2P, O2C, pricing, stock transfers, vendor / customer master

Exposure to SAP AFS or S / 4HANA Retail is an added advantage

Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications :

Full-time MBA (mandatory)

SAP certification is a plus
