SRG Global Mining Services is seeking experienced Drill Operators ready to take advantage of competitive pay, Australia’s most modern drill fleet, and the opportunity to work with tier-one mining clients at industry-leading sites.

Casual positions available leading into the potential for full-time. Local to Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth. Roster is 7 : 7 or 14 / 7 (days) – day shift primarily.

The Role

The High Reach Driller is responsible for executing drilling operations at elevated heights or depths.

This role ensures precise and efficient drilling to facilitate the installation of foundations, anchors, or geological exploration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate high reach drilling equipment to perform drilling operations at elevated heights or depths
• Ensure accuracy in drilling according to project specifications and safety standards
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance of drilling equipment
• Monitor drilling progress and adjust techniques as necessary to achieve optimal results
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate drilling activities and ensure site safety
• Maintain detailed records of drilling activities, including measurements and equipment usage
