Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly connected, result-oriented individual who can act as the Founder’s trusted representative across political, police, judicial, and government circles. This is a senior, high-responsibility role requiring strong existing networks, practical know-how, and the ability to get things done efficiently within official systems.
The role involves regular interaction with senior police officers, bureaucrats, political leaders, and decision-makers to facilitate permissions, resolve escalations, and represent the organization’s interests in sensitive and high-stakes matters.
Key Responsibilities1. Political, Police & Government Liaisoning
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior officials across the Mumbai Police, Home Department, BMC, Urban Development, and Mantralaya ministries.
- Coordinate closely with MLAs, MPs, and political offices to represent institutional and social initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with Deputy Commissioners, ACPs, Collectors, and Zonal officers to facilitate smooth execution of projects and permissions.
- Support in organizing or attending official and political meetings , press interactions, or public events on behalf of the Founder.
- Follow up on government correspondence, file movement, and approvals with tact and persistence.
- Anticipate potential administrative or political bottlenecks and proactively plan interventions to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and document all government interactions, ensuring accountability and proper reporting.
2. Judicial, Legal & Regulatory Coordination
Maintain close working ties with judicial administration, legal advisors, and relevant law enforcement authorities.Coordinate with law firms, advocates, or government legal departments for documentation, NOCs, and compliance-related matters.Follow up with courts, registrar offices, and local authorities for updates or clearances on ongoing legal cases or administrative procedures.Ensure all institutional and business activities align with applicable legal, municipal, and regulatory frameworks.Prepare briefing notes and background materials for any meeting involving legal or judicial matters.3. Business & Institutional Liaisoning
Act as the organization’s official representative for matters requiring government licenses, permissions, and approvals — including education, infrastructure, and training projects.Engage regularly with public sector undertakings (PSUs), corporate affairs departments, and industry associations for collaborative initiatives.Coordinate with vendors, regulatory bodies, and corporate partners for project escalations, compliance issues, or strategic tie-ups.Facilitate high-level business meetings involving senior bureaucrats, industrialists, or political representatives.Track and follow up on tenders, government projects, or CSR-linked opportunities aligned with institutional goals.4. Foundation & Social Engagements
Support the Founder’s philanthropic and community initiatives by connecting with political offices, NGOs, and local administrators.Liaise for approvals, event permissions, and resource coordination related to social or public outreach programs.Manage sensitive, confidential assignments involving multiple stakeholders with the highest level of discretion.Build and maintain goodwill across political parties and community groups to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.5. Strategic Communication & Influence Building
Serve as a bridge between political, police, business, and media ecosystems , representing the Founder with professionalism and integrity.Monitor government policy developments and political trends that may impact ongoing or upcoming projects.Cultivate relationships with key influencers, bureaucrats, and opinion leaders for long-term strategic advantage.Represent the organization in social and public forums to strengthen institutional relationships and brand positioning.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience : 10–25 years in government liaisoning, police administration, political coordination, or public affairs.Network : Strong personal and professional relationships within the Mumbai Police, Judiciary offices, Mantralaya departments, and local / state political circles.Candidates who have served as Personal Assistants, Advisors, or Liaison Officers to MLAs, MPs, Ministers, or Senior Police / Government Officers will be given strong preference.Proven track record of handling high-stakes situations with discretion, tact, and reliability.Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.Background in Law, Political Science, or Public Administration is preferred.Other Expectations :
Should be comfortable working irregular hours and available on short notice.Must handle confidential information with absolute discretion.Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently managing field coordination.Must project credibility, influence, and trust in official and political environments.
