Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to design, implement, and optimize integration solutions leveraging MuleSofts Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will lead API-led connectivity initiatives, define integration best practices, and guide technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and architect integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, and Exchange).
  • Develop API-led connectivity architecture (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
  • Define integration patterns, security models (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, etc.), and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into robust integration designs.
  • Lead the implementation of CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimization for MuleSoft applications.
  • Review and optimize Mule applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure adherence to MuleSoft best practices.
  • Integrate MuleSoft with diverse systems such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, and other REST / SOAP services.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in MuleSoft architecture and development.
  • Expertise in Mule 4.x, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Fabric.
  • Strong knowledge of API design (RAML, OAS), microservices, and message queuing systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and integration protocols (HTTP, JMS, JDBC, FTP).
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect certification preferred.
