We are seeking an Associate Producer to join our team. As an Executive Show Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and execution of high-quality shows and events. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to create compelling content and ensure seamless production from start to finish.

Location : - New Delhi- South Delhi.

Job Type : Full time ( Mon- Sat),

Work Experience : 1- 2 Years

Salary : Rs.25,000 / - Per Month.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the overall show production strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging show formats, ensuring they align with the target audience and brand guidelines.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of show production, including scheduling, budgeting, scriptwriting, rehearsals, technical requirements, and logistics.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments, such as production, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of shows.
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of production elements.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in show production, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance production quality.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Producer or a similar role in the entertainment industry.

Strong knowledge of show production processes, including pre-production, live event execution, and post-production.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Creativity and a keen eye for detail to ensure the production meets high-quality standards.

Proficiency in industry-standard software and equipment used for show production.

A passion for entertainment and a strong understanding of audience preferences.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., media production, communications, or related disciplines) is preferred.
