Marketing Manager (Urgent)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning : Define and strengthen BigCity’s brand in the B2B ecosystem with consistent and impactful messaging.
• Demand & Lead Generation : Plan and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture them through full-funnel strategies.
• Marketing Automation : Manage and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent tools for email marketing and lead nurturing.
• Content Marketing : Develop blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and sales materials that support lead generation and customer engagement.
• SEO & Website Growth : Drive organic website traffic, optimize search rankings, and ensure the website acts as a growth engine.
• Performance Marketing / Paid Media : Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social platforms to boost awareness and conversions.
• PR & Brand Visibility : Build relationships with media, drive PR initiatives, and establish BigCity as a thought leader in the marketing industry.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution : Design and implement GTM strategies for new campaigns, partnerships, and service offerings.
• Events & Campaign Management : Strategize, plan, and execute events, webinars, and advertising campaigns to create measurable brand impact.
• Social Media Growth : Lead content and campaigns on LinkedIn (and other relevant channels) to build thought leadership and industry presence.
