ByteSimplified is a rapidly growing EdTech company, Founded in 2023, we’re a 150+ member team passionate about  “Making Computer Science Simplified, One Byte at a Time.”

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter (8+ years)  to drive our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale hiring programs in fast-paced, high-performance environments, combining strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting excellence. A strong understanding of  software systems, product development, and engineering roles  is essential to effectively assess and engage top technical talent.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to define hiring strategy and talent roadmaps.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies across India and global markets.
• Strengthen ByteSimplified’s employer brand through talent marketing and campus initiatives.
• Evaluate technical candidates with informed insights into software development practices and systems design.
• Mentor a small recruiting team, establish clear metrics, and drive operational excellence in hiring processes.
