Role Overview

We are seeking a strong Head of Operations to oversee and manage the operational functioning of all Age Well verticals — including nutraceuticals, digital wellness platforms, and the Age Well Living Centre. The individual will ensure process efficiency, cross-team coordination, service quality, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across product, digital, wellness, and centre management teams.
• Implement SOPs for customer experience, inventory, vendor relations, and service execution.
• Work with department heads to ensure resource planning and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs, quality standards, and service satisfaction levels.
• Support expansion planning and new vertical rollouts.
