Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge, located in Chennai. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the store, ensuring staffs-workers satisfaction, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Incharge will also be responsible for effective communication with team members and Workers, and maintaining the store's overall appearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge on Fasteners, Material Grades.
• Effective Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in retail or related field
• Bachelor's degree, diplomo in mechanical engineering.
