Technical Service Engineer
This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality service and support to our customers.
- Inverter installation and maintenance training will be provided to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform your duties effectively.
- You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.
- Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect analysis are key responsibilities of this role.
- Data collection and reporting for after-sales support cases will also be an important aspect of this position.
- You will be required to undertake additional tasks assigned by the team leader to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
We are looking for an energetic professional who is willing to travel frequently and has strong communication skills with fluent English. A bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and support to customers. Familiarity with String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter, and Utility Based Projects is advantageous but not essential.
