Key Responsibilities : Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and project managers. Support design, build, and testing of applications. Analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions. Prepare process flows, business models, and documentation. Ensure quality through involvement in testing and requirement validation. What You’ll Bring : 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Good knowledge of APIs, SQL, Data Modelling, and Power BI. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio / Draw.Io. Understanding of SaaS / PaaS and testing processes. Experience in SMSF Accounting / Auditing is a plus. Who You Are : Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
