Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Procurement Specialist based in Dwarka. The Procurement Specialist will assist in preparing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms. The role requires strong analytical skills to manage procurement processes and ensure cost efficiency. The intern will also contribute to maintaining supplier relationships and adhering to organizational procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Purchase Orders and managing overall Procurement processes
• Ability to conduct Supplier Evaluation and establish strong vendor relationships
• Experience or aptitude in Contract Negotiation to ensure competitive and cost-effective procurement
• Strong Analytical Skills to manage procurement data and support decision-making processes
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement software or tools is a plus
• Degree or enrollment in a field related to Business, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant area
