Junior Architect

DCG REALTY is an upcoming real-estate company endeavoring into multiple mid / large scale residential and commercial project in the state of Odisha , INDIA . We are currently looking to formulate our own design team under the umbrella firm ( NAVAKALA STUDIO) to undertake the complete design scope for our projects from scratch to finish.

We are eagerly looking to hire a senior architect / design head for our in-house design team .

Job responsibilities -

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Interpret and translate management requirements into drawings
• Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally, including leading consultant team work sessions
• Coordinates with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants and contractors to incorporate engineering systems, to respond to requests for information, clarifications and modifications and to obtain approvals and adjust scope of services
• Have extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from schematic design through project close-out.
• Be able to work and present ideas in a team environment as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment.
• Possess a high level of technical proficiency in the production of drawings..
• Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in the development of project documents, schedule and workplan.
