Technical Lead

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone excited about scaling serverless systems and mentoring technical teams. As a Tech Lead, you’ll architect cloud-native applications, lead full-stack projects, and work closely with the CTO to align technology with product and business goals. You’ll play a key role in building software that directly contributes to climate impact, while fostering a strong team culture of quality and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development of scalable, serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and more
• Design and build backend services (Node.js, Express.js) and frontend interfaces (React.js or Angular)
• Drive clean code practices, conduct regular code reviews, and provide technical mentorship
• Own and optimize CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders on roadmap planning
• Ensure system performance, security, and long-term maintainability
• Support a high-performing dev team and help shape engineering culture
