Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Architect (Python / AWS) to lead backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Python (Flask), AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3), RDBMS optimization, and CI / CD automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead backend systems for scalability and uptime.
• Build and maintain microservices & REST APIs with Flask.
• Design optimized RDBMS / SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora).
• Manage production-grade AWS deployments (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).
• Drive CI / CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Mentor and lead developers, enforce coding standards and reviews.
• Implement logging, monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
• Align development with business goals and estimation accuracy.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
