Shift : 2nd Shift (IST) with strong US time-zone overlap (Mon–Fri)

About the Role

Pashtek is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst / Client Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients . You’ll lead discovery, convert requirements into clear user stories, coordinate delivery, run UAT, and drive adoption—while managing stakeholder communication during US-overlap hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery workshops and map As-Is / To-Be processes, personas, KPIs.
  • Translate business needs into epics / user stories with acceptance criteria;

maintain a clean backlog.

  • Create process maps, data models, light solution designs;
  • align with architects / admins / devs.

  • Plan and execute UAT;
  • manage cutover, enablement, and change adoption.

  • Own client communications (status / QBRs / demos) during 2nd shift ;
  • manage risks and scope.

  • Shape roadmaps, phase plans, and SOW inputs;
  • track measurable outcomes (adoption, data quality, cycle time).

    Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years as Salesforce BA / Consultant / Client Manager with direct, recurring interaction with US stakeholders (discovery, demos, steering, and weekly status).
  • Hands-on across Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud ;
  • strong Flows, Reports / Dashboards, Data Loader.

  • Solid BA toolkit : user stories (Gherkin preferred), UAT scripts, release notes, RAID logs.
  • Tools : Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence, Lucidchart / Miro;
  • basic SOQL / Excel skills.

  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • confident leading executive calls and workshops.

  • Willingness to work onsite in Chennai and consistently in 2nd shift IST for US overlap.
  • Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certs : Business Analyst , Administrator , Sales Cloud Consultant , Service Cloud Consultant , CPQ Specialist .
  • Domain : Manufacturing, Revenue Cloud / CPQ , or Health Cloud .
  • Integrations (REST / MuleSoft), SSO / Okta familiarity, and data migration experience.
  • What Success Looks Like (90 Days)

  • Completed discovery and approved future-state for a key US client.
  • Prioritized backlog with testable stories;
  • UAT plan underway.

  • Executive-ready weekly status and active risk / issue management.
  • Adoption plan with training, comms, and change champions in place.
