Performance Engineer (with DevOps Exposure)

Role : Senior Performance Engineer

Experience : 6–10 years

Division : HCL Software (AppScan Product Team)

About the Role :

Seeking a Performance Engineer to own end-to-end performance testing, analysis, and environment automation for AppScan Enterprise (Liberty + IIS + Agents + DB + Containers).

Responsibilities :

• Design & execute load, stress, soak, and scalability tests.
• Analyze results vs baselines; perform RCA & tuning (Liberty, IIS, DB).
• Maintain and automate perf lab environments ; integrate runs with CI / CD.
• Collect & analyze telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) for bottleneck isolation.
• Work with Dev & Product teams to implement and verify performance fixes.
