What will you do at Fynd
- Process customer orders accurately through the platform / panel.
- Identify, address, and resolve order-related and operational issues promptly.
- Pick up orders from brand stores located within the mall premises.
- Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of products.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with the central Operations team.
- Troubleshoot application issues for internal and external users.
- Coordinate with ground staff to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for performance tracking and insights.
