Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, commission, and maintain capital equipment at customer sites (pharma and non-pharma).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
• Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain service logs.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Travel internationally to support export clients and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
