From technical drawings and BOQ analysis to vendor coordination and cost estimation, our engineers ensure every tender reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender and contract documents including BQ
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Assist in preparation of budget for M&E works
• Prepare preliminary design drawing and design calculation
• Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation
• Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently
