Job Description
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors / Agents under the Variable Agency Channel.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective team management.
- Motivate and mentor advisors to generate consistent business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Regularly monitor and review advisor performance to ensure productivity.
