Quash is a SaaS tool designed to help companies streamline and accelerate their software testing processes. It enhances the testing experience by enabling testers to report bugs quickly and assisting developers in resolving them efficiently. Quash aims to optimize the software development lifecycle and improve overall product quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with solid debugging and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in Java development with hands-on Spring Boot framework experience
  • Solid grasp of RESTful API design, JSON handling, and HTTP protocol fundamentals
  • Ability to write maintainable, scalable code adhering to SOLID principles and coding best practices
  • Experience working with both relational (MySQL) and document databases (MongoDB)
  • Containerization knowledge using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Understanding of CI / CD concepts and automated deployment workflows
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud services (AWS / GCP) and basic cloud deployment patterns
  • Familiarity with application monitoring and logging practices using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
  • Knowledge of security fundamentals including OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices
  • Ability to create technical documentation and participate in system design discussions

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform
  • Container orchestration tools like Helm or service mesh technologies like Istio
