Job Description : Data Platform Architect

Location : Delhi, NCR (WFO)

Experience : 12 -15 years.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Professional Experience

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in data platform management and architecture

Proven track record as a Data Platform Architect

Hands-on expertise in data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics

Proficient in database design, data warehousing, and data integration

Skilled in cloud platforms : Azure (preferred) , AWS, Google Cloud

Experience with big data technologies : Hadoop, Spark, distributed storage systems

Exposure to designing complex AI-driven data workflows

Familiarity with data governance, security, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong foundation in data modeling and statistical analysis

Experience in data product development, deployment, and value realization

Knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques

Leadership & Strategic Competencies

Strategic thinker with ability to set long-term vision and goals

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change

Results-driven with a proactive mindset and high performance standards

Committed to developing others and fostering a culture of accountability

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities

Effective influencer and networker across diverse stakeholder groups

Proven people management skills, including conflict resolution and team development

Skilled in training, knowledge transfer, and supervisory responsibilities
