Job description

We’re Hiring : CRM & Retention Specialist | Bangalore (On-site)

Experience : 1–3 years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing

🛠 Tools : Klaviyo / CleverTap / MoEngage or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Setup & Optimization

  • Build and manage customer journeys (on Klaviyo / CleverTap / MoEngage)
  • Define and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandon, reactivation, winback)
  • Segmentation logic & experimentation

Platform & Agency Partnerships

  • Liaise with CRM tools' success teams for feature leverage
  • Work with external partners / agencies to manage campaigns, audits, etc.

    • Campaign Execution & Growth

  • Execute weekly / monthly campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Own retention metrics — repeat rate, LTV, churn rate

    • Data & Analytics

  • Track flow performance (OR, CTR, CVR, revenue contribution)
  • Build dashboards / reports for team & leadership
