Join Our Lady Queen of Peace School  –   Educational Support Offer – Curriculum / Personalised Intervention .

Our Lady Queen of Peace School is seeking a passionate and dedicated  Educational Support Offer - Curriculum / Personalised Intervention (Grade 4)  to join our vibrant learning community. You will play a vital role in supporting Teachers and students in fostering a positive learning environment for all.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to :

• Deliver the Playberry T3 multisensory literacy intervention with fidelity to the model, ensuring structured and systematic teaching for students
• Assess, monitor and document student progress (pre-tests, benchmark assessments, ongoing formative assessments)
• Tailor and scaffold instruction to meet individual students’ needs while maintaining consistency with the T3 program guidelines
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, learning support staff, and other specialists to coordinate intervention and integrate supports
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training in multisensory, evidence-based literacy instruction (including TSD levels 1-3)
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress summaries for parents, teachers and leadership team
• Attend team meetings and planning sessions
• Stay current with research and best practices in dyslexia intervention, structured literacy, and multisensory instruction
• Promote positive engagement, motivation, and an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
