seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Application Administrator with expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. This role involves configuration validation, correction, and data migration using standard templates, ensuring optimal HRIS performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Total Experience should be 7+ Years
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage and enhance HR technology solutions.
• Administer and optimize HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Lead configuration and data migration efforts for EC and Time Off modules.
• Deliver high-value HR technology solutions and process improvements.
• Manage day-to-day system requests and support global collaboration.
• Act as an internal consultant for HR process enhancements and system usage.
