Role :

We are looking for a dedicated person to manage and support our cinema’s technical infrastructure — ensuring seamless operations, system security, and a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage technical infrastructure — projection, POS, and network systems.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support on-site and remotely.
• Ensure hardware, software, and OS are regularly maintained and updated.
• Support and assist in implementing new IT projects.
• Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage IT inventory, track expenses, and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure all technology supports a seamless guest experience.
• Configure and maintain local networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.
