Position Overview

Rx100 Ventures is seeking a Company Secretary (Governance & Compliance Officer) to lead secretarial, governance, and statutory functions for the group. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, process ownership, and ensuring that governance translates into organizational discipline. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and innovation-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance & Board Administration

• Organize and manage Board, Shareholder, and Council meetings across all group entities.
• Draft and review notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes in line with statutory and governance requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, decision logs, and Board action trackers to ensure transparency and traceability of decisions.
• Coordinate the implementation of Board and Committee decisions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
