Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) partners, bakery chains, and institutional clients. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and recommend strategic responses. Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility at customer locations. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and distributors. Set clear targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews. Provide training and support to improve sales effectiveness. Prepare and present periodic performance reports (sales, revenue, growth, market trends) to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and onboard new HoReCa and bakery clients while retaining existing ones.
- Drive distribution and availability of products across assigned territory.
- Negotiate trade terms and ensure timely collections.
