Role Overview :
The Housekeeping Manager will oversee all housekeeping operations across university buildings, hostels, classrooms, and common areas, ensuring
high standards of hygiene, comfort, and safety
are consistently maintained.
Experience : 3–5 years
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the university campus
Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff effectively
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and ensure proper utilization
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
Collaborate with administrative and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Implement hygiene protocols and ensure compliance with institutional standards
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduate in
Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field
(preferred)
Minimum
3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management
(educational or hospitality sector preferred)
Strong
leadership, organization, and communication
skills
Ability to manage large teams and maintain discipline across multiple facilities
