The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, including financial planning, monitoring cash flow, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO will also be responsible for producing financial reports, budgets, and managing the overall financial health of the organization and connecting with financial institutions and products to fullfill the capital requirements of the company and for aiding the company for its expansion plans in retail, EBOs and contract manufacturing works Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial StatementsStrong Analytical Skills and overall Finance knowledgeExcellent decision-making and leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in an on-site setupExperience in retail or similar industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
