About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to work directly with the Founder.

We’re looking for a sharp, high-energy Operations Associate to join the core Disco team. Think of this as a right-hand role, the person who gets things done, no matter what.

You’ll handle everything from daily operations and vendor coordination to planning events and running meetings. You’ll talk to everyone, from ground staff and new hires to club managers and external partners.

You can apply if :

• You’re a recent management graduate (freshers welcome) with at least one internship experience under your belt.
• You can handle Excel, scheduling, and communication tools with ease.
• You learn fast, stay calm under chaos, and don’t wait to be told twice.
• You’ve got the energy, curiosity, and drive to build something new.
