Role Description

The Graduate Management Trainee will actively support the day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of projects across various Industries connected to Marine services. Tasks include assisting in planning and implementing company initiatives, analyzing data to support decision-making, and facilitating communications between teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to advance company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, including project planning, time management, and task prioritization
• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in office tools and software, with an emphasis on digital fluency for professional tasks
• Adaptability, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to work independently within a structured environment
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Preferably located in North Chennai and having two wheeler for ease of commuting.
