Business Development Manager (Upwork)

Job description3–8 years of proven experience in bidding and business development on online portals. Strong understanding of IT services : Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI / ML, Blockchain . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. Immediate joiners preferred.
Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in handling bidding and lead generation on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru .
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively bid on projects across platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru).
- Generate leads for Web, Mobile, AI / ML, and Blockchain projects.
- Create winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the technical team to align business requirements.
