Job description

Position for heading the F&B Production at a brand new project in South Bangalore. Project is a

70 seater, vegetarian, upscale casual dining with a focus on New age Continental, Indian Cuisine, Pizza and an emphasis on balancing nutrition.

Responsibilities :

  • Pre-opening & Set up of all Kitchen SOP's, Food Trials and Recipe Standardisation
  • Creative outlook towards developing new dishes & recipes
  • Maintaining consistency of operations, quality of output
  • Managing & maintaining food cost
  • Handling all kitchen staff
  • Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth overall functioning
  • Create reports, duty rosters,

Looking for :

  • Expertise in continental cuisines, some experience with Indian cuisine cooking and an interest in nutrition
  • 8-10 years of experience in F&B production and some experience in a leadership position.
  • Bachelors / Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary or related fields.
  • Passionate and Innovative individual looking to be part of project that ushers in a new age of hospitality
  • Open minded, team player with good communication skills
