The Assistant Manager in Rajasthan will support the state-wide implementation of ConveGenius SwiftSchool program driving both program outcomes and product adoption. This is a hybrid role that combines program management product delivery government / funder relations and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can navigate complex government ecosystems manage large-scale delivery and ensure our AI-enabled solutions create measurable learning impact in schools and serve our students meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end program implementation in the state of Rajasthan ensuring alignment with State education priorities Program objectives and ConveGeniuss strategic goals
• Develop the Work Plan with clear milestones targets and accountability mechanisms
• Run implementation model pilots (cost-impact experiments) to test and refine scalable models
