Automation Architect / QA Lead – Finacle, Selenium & Playwright

Location :

Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai

Experience :

10+ years in Software Testing & Automation, with strong exposure to Finacle Core Banking , Selenium , and Playwright frameworks.

Role Overview :

Lead automation initiatives for Finacle Core Banking Solutions and associated digital channels. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright , ensuring robust testing for web, API, and integration layers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and maintain automation frameworks for Finacle modules (Deposits, Loans, Payments, etc.) using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright .
• Ensure compatibility with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Develop reusable scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Automate UI and API tests across multiple environments.
• Embed automation in DevOps workflows for continuous quality checks.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to align automation with banking workflows.
• Conduct load and stress testing for Finacle applications.
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
• Guide junior automation engineers and enforce best practices.
