About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Growth & Marketing Intern to help scale our brand presence and drive user acquisition. You will work closely with the team to manage paid campaigns, optimize performance, and analyze marketing metrics. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn about digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and more.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to inform strategy.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm growth strategies and marketing initiatives.

Assist in content creation, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.

Technical Skills and Requirements :

Skilled in SEO, performance marketing, and paid digital campaigns.

Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and ability to commit 40 hours per week.

Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn in a startup environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with marketing automation tools or analytics platforms.

Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and A / B testing.

Interest in growth marketing, startup marketing, and data-driven campaigns.

Educational Requirements :

Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Equivalent hands-on experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or growth operations is a plus.
