About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to support the Director and design team in day-to-day tasks, client coordination, and project-related activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates beginning their architectural career and looking for strong exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in design, documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Travel with the Director for client meetings, site visits, and vendor interactions.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and reports as required.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Assist in managing project documentation and maintaining organized records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Support the team in research, material selection, and design brainstorming sessions.
