We are looking for a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our traffic acquisition efforts for the Indian market. This role is ideal for someone experienced in driving quality traffic, optimizing campaigns, and achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Traffic Acquisition :
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic for CPA campaigns targeting the Indian market.
- Leverage various ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and emerging Indian ad networks.
2.Campaign Management :
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI.A / B test creatives, targeting, and placements to improve campaign performance.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.3.Affiliate & Partner Collaboration :
Work closely with affiliate partners and traffic networks to identify and scale opportunities.Negotiate and manage media buys with Indian traffic sources, ensuring high-quality conversions.4.Market Analysis :
Research and analyze Indian audience behavior, trends, and preferences to optimize campaign targeting.Identify new ad networks, platforms, and partnerships relevant to the Indian audience.5.Budget Management :
Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to meet CPA and ROI targets.6.Compliance & Quality Control :
Ensure campaigns adhere to platform policies and guidelines.Monitor traffic quality to prevent fraud and maintain high conversion rates.Qualifications :
Experience :Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or traffic acquisition for the Indian market.Proven track record of running successful CPA campaigns.Skills :Strong expertise in ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and Indian ad networks.Familiarity with traffic quality metrics, fraud prevention tools, and CPA optimization techniques.Data-driven mindset with advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar).Knowledge :Deep understanding of Indian audience behavior, online shopping trends, and local advertising platforms.Knowledge of tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, UTM tags) and affiliate marketing platforms.Soft Skills :Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
