Position : Remote Sales Agent (Telesales)

Company : Set Surge

Location : Remote – India-based applicants only

Job Type : Full-Time | Remote | Contract-Based

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 / month base + bonuses

About Us

Set Surge is an education consulting company that helps Indian students secure admission to top universities in the UK and other global destinations. We're on the lookout for passionate, confident, and target-driven Sales Agents to join our remote team and guide students through the admissions journey.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to student leads (provided and self-sourced)
  • Qualify interest in UK, Canada, USA, and Germany university admissions
  • Clearly explain course options and the admissions process
  • Collect basic applicant info and schedule follow-up meetings
  • Log all activity in our provided tracking sheets
  • Use WhatsApp for follow-ups, reminders, and quick updates

Compensation

  • Base Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 / month (based on experience)
  • Bonus : ₹10,000 per successful student enrollment
  • Additional performance bonuses and growth opportunities
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of telesales, call center, or counselling experience
  • Fluent in English and Hindi – clear and confident speaker
  • Comfortable making 50–75 calls per day
  • Own phone, laptop, and a stable internet connection
  • Strong follow-up skills via WhatsApp and calls
  • Highly reliable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Based in India for time zone and student context
  • Preferred (but not mandatory)

  • Experience in UK university admissions
  • Background in EdTech, career counseling, or student services
  • Ability to speak regional languages like Telugu, Tamil, or Bengali
  • Own student leads (considered a bonus)
  • What Makes You a Great Fit

    Fluent in both English & Hindi – confident communicator

    1+ year experience in telesales or admissions counselling

    Ready remote setup – phone, laptop, and strong internet

    Can commit 5–6 days / week, at least 6.5 hours / day

    Great with WhatsApp updates and fast follow-ups

    Based in India for local understanding and time zone sync

    Open to incentive-based pay with growth potential
