Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of commercial vehicle loans through direct and channel sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and volume targets.Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the CV segment.Branch & Channel OperationsManage marketing branches and ensure smooth operational processes.
Build strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, brokers, and transporters.Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.Customer EngagementEnhance customer experience through timely service and issue resolution.
Promote SARAL LOANS products and educate customers on features and benefits.Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Team LeadershipSupervise and guide sales teams assigned to the location.
Train team members on product knowledge, schemes, and compliance.Monitor productivity and publish daily performance reports.Compliance & ReportingMaintain MIS, dashboards, and daily sales reports.
Ensure adherence to credit norms, company policies, and regulatory standards.Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Commercial Vehicle Finance and loan products.Excellent sales and marketing skills .Good relationship management and negotiation abilities.Ability to lead teams and drive performance.Proficiency in data management and reporting tools .
