Human Resources Executive [15h Left]

We are looking for a HR Executive who responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, creating and updating policies, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Core responsibilities

• Policy and Compliance : Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Record keeping : Maintaining employee records and managing administrative tasks.
• Performance Management : Oversee performance appraisal processes, assist in setting goals, and support employee development plans.
• Employee relations : Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a fair and safe work environment.
• Payroll and benefits : Coordinating with employees on payroll matters, PF, ESIC, and medical insurance.
• Training and development : Creating and managing employee training programs and performance appraisals.
• HR Strategy : Work with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Compliance : Ensuring that HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Recruitment and hiring : Identifying vacant positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and processing new hires.
• Onboarding : Explaining company policies and culture, collecting documents, and introducing new employees to their teams.
