Open Links Foundation (OLF) is an IT-based non-profit organization founded by Sanjay Dalmia (IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad) with a mission to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make government schools aspirational for all.

OLF aims to improve quality of education in government schools by (a) supporting and motivating teachers (b) partnering with district administration to improve program implementation efficiency for programs like FLN, scholarship practice tests, poetry recitation etc...

The program name is Vinoba. It simplifies and saves time for teachers. It helps in easy data collection and analysis for administrators. It has Facebook like features for sharing and learning and a vibrant teacher community.

The model is now well established with tangible improvements in outcomes. OLF works with over 55,000 schools, over 190,000 teachers and impacts over 4mln students in 33 districts (18-Maharashtra, 12-Chhattisgarh, 1-MP, 1-Bihar, 1-Gujarat). Role Description :

Program Associate – Communications & Social Media plays a pivotal role in amplifying OLF's impact by building a vibrant teacher community, engaging stakeholders, and reshaping the narrative of government schools. Through storytelling, digital engagement, and advocacy, this role strengthens support for quality education. This role is not just about content creation—it's about driving a movement.

About the Role :

As a Program Associate – Communications & Social Media at Open Links Foundation, you'll :

Build and engage a vibrant teacher community through digital campaigns

Identify and amplify powerful stories of impact from schools & classrooms

Craft engaging content – posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters & more

Manage and grow OLF's social media presence across platforms

Collaborate with educators, field teams & stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's / Master's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields

2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement

Strong writing, storytelling & visual communication skills (Canva / Photoshop / video editing a plus)

Ability to track engagement & refine strategies with an analytical mindset

Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for effective outreach

Passion for education, community building & creating large-scale social impact

Remuneration :

3.0 – 5.0 LPA (Based on experience)
