Job Title

Executive Field Engg.

Field Engineer must have a sound knowledge of elevator / escalator systems, products. The position entails adjustment, testing, performance testing, trouble shooting, and audit of elevator and escalator system / subparts.

Primary responsibilities :

• Testing, Inspection of elevator systems
• Trouble shooting and RRCA of electrical / mechanical fault
• Survey, Safety audit of elevator
• Investigation and RRCA of accident, property loss
• Coordinate to Regional training dept.
• Training and knowledge sharing
• Record training efficacy and guide training officer
• Training module development
• Analytical survey of call backs, material consumption, labour hours, resources utilized
• Field audits, Safety audits, FPA audits
• Working with other team members in identifying root cause
• Computer knowledge
