Looking for HR professional in Talent Management / Organization Development for Infosys Organization Development Global COE. As a OD professional in the COE, your work will include :
- Building innovative Talent practices and Talent models for the future that can complement and propel Talent Transformation aligned to the future ways of working
- Contributing to shape the larger Talent Strategy by designing and executing key initiatives across Performance Management, Careers and Org Design
- Analysing, interpreting data and applying key insights to propose Talent Management ideas that can give an edge to attract and retain the best talent
- Partnering with the HR community and global functional teams, to implement programs with a global impact and leading and working in cross functional teams
Key skills & experience that we are looking for :
Experience in Human capital work connected to talent & organization. Consulting work would be valued.Experience working in multi-national environments with comfort in communicating with leadership, senior executives and stakeholders for maximum business resultsStrong conceptual and analytical skills to grasp complexities and identify relationships among problems and offer creative solutionsStrong project management skills, with an ability to manage time and prioritize to meet deadlinesAdept at proactively engaging with stakeholders and other team members in a predominantly virtual environmentProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication
